Rainy day inside. After we cleaned and did laundry, we had some time to be creative with our garden ingredients. Here is the first salsa of the year. It was delicious and the cilantro was so good. A little goes a long way when you grow your own herbs. More tomatoes should be ready later in the year and the salsas won’t be so pepper heavy. Still delicious!
